ROR Power Annual Meeting Elects Three New Directors

Vancouver, BC - June 24, 2010 -  Run of River Power Inc. (TSX-V: ROR) (“ROR Power” or “the Company”) today confirmed that all resolutions tabled at its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June 24, 2010, were duly approved.

Among the resolutions was the election of six directors.  Joining the Board of Directors with re-elected incumbents Tejinder Singh Grewal, Richard Hopp and Peter Zell are William Hardwick, Brett Robinson and John Tapics.

“As ROR Power enters its next phase of growth it will benefit from both continuity and renewal on its Board,” said Mr. Hardwick, who was elected Chair by his fellow directors and is also the Company’s interim President and CEO.  “The directors’ excellent mix of qualifications and experience will serve the Company well as it moves forward with new projects and initiatives.”

The Company also announced that, in accordance with its stock option plan, it has granted 50,000 options to each of the three new directors.  The options have an exercise price of $0.20 over a five-year term.
