Mr. Hardwick is a seasoned professional with a significant record of achievement over the past 30 years. He has successfully worked in a diversity of roles. He is a Professional Engineer in the Province of British Columbia and a highly skilled project manager having completed numerous capital projects in the pulp and paper industry and the Alberta oil sands.
Mr. Dusik is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator with an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Mr. Dusik has held various positions with Ernst & Young LLP, including the corporate finance practice focused on valuation and pricing of acquisitions and divestitures, Managing Partner of their Calgary office and Director of the North American Center of Excellence for risk management services to the electric and gas utility sector. In August 2002, Mr. Dusik joined Maxim Power Corp., a publicly listed independent power producer with operations in Canada, United States and France.
Mr. Hanson has over 28 years experience of diversified construction, operations, maintenance and upper management experience in power generation. Mr. Hanson was instrumental in the development of and managed numerous energy generation facilities including the 51.8 MW Basin Creek peaking facility, the Hartland Landfill gas utilization project, Vancouver Landfill co-generation facility, Taber Facility, Burdett Facility, Coaldale Facility and the Ft. McLeod Facility. Mr. Hansen is a former Vice President Operations of Maxim Power Corp. responsible for project development, project construction, operations and maintenance planning.
Mr. Sweatman obtained his CA designation in 1982 and is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of both British Columba and the Yukon Territory. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Commerce in 1982 from Simon Fraser University and he has operated MDS Management Ltd., a Vancouver-based management consulting company, since November 1992. Michael has been with ROR Power since its inception and has also served as Chief Financial Officer for the Yukon Energy Corporation, a Crown Corporation that generates, transmits and distributes power in the Yukon Territory. He has over 20 years experience in the financial marketplace and currently sits as a director for several TSX and TSX venture listed companies.
